New day, new post..

Currently, I am lying in bed, while Bryce is at work, and I'm trying to convince myself to get up and eat some breakfast.  Lately I haven't been much of a breakfast eater so this is usually a struggle every day.  You would think that I was a 17 year old and I my own mother!  It's time to get up and eat something so I can have the energy and nutrition to start the day out right, but no, I won't have anything to do with it.  Unless its bacon, scrambled eggs and hash browns.  That'll get me up and moving!  Anyway, I'm just babbling so I'll get on with the reason why I'm posting right now.

Because Bryce and I will be leaving in just a few weeks, we are trying to spend time with those that we love before we go, and I am so grateful for the chances to do so.  Last night, we were able to go on a double date (with a 5th wheel, our poor friend John who just wanted to see us, and eat some good food) with our couple Cindy and Scott.  It was so great to spend time with (all 3 of) them and we had some pretty good laughs, and made promises to come back for things I certainly hope we can be here for.  This isn't our last good bye, but it was a great chance to spend more personal time with them.  I am definitely going to miss them when we leave.  Cindy was my Maid of Honor and Scott was one of Bryce's groomsmen, and we have all been there for each other through a lot of heartache and exciting times.  Unlike Lily and Marshall from HIMYM, we actually found our significant couple and soon we have to break up!  It won't be forever, but soon there will be no more dates, no more laughing and crying, no more watching sappy love stories together, or making each other breakfast.  It'll all be over soon.
Another goodbye we are making will be this weekend, to Bryce's grandma and aunt, in Wyoming.  Once he gets home from work and rests for awhile, we will be leaving this afternoon to make the drive out there.  This weekend is General Conference, so we will be going out there to watch it and spend quality time with them.  I'm excited to go see them, and it makes me smile because the last time Bryce and I stayed out here, at his grandma's, was just a few days before we got married.  Those were the most difficult few days for us, although the most fun.  We had such a hard time keeping our hands off each other, and I even managed to sneak under the blankets with him for a few minutes, really early in the morning, before anyone woke up.  Don't worry, we were good!  We just did a lot of kissing and snuggling, nothing too scandalous!  It'll be fun and heartwarming, at least for me, to go back there, with the fond memories we have there, and the fact that we are now married and are allowed to sleep in the same bed!  Hopefully it will be a great weekend, and we can make some more great memories before we leave.

Here it goes!

Alright, so here is my first blog post as a married woman!  I had a blog while going to college and dating my future husband, but wanted to have a blog dedicated to my new life as a wife, so here it goes!
Bryce and I have been married for 5 months now, since yesterday, and we are currently living with his mother, in Salt Lake City, Utah.  It is a great place, we have many amazing, close friends, a great family ward that Bryce grew up in.  Bryce has been working at the Verizon Wireless call center for over a year, and I have been trying to figure out what I want to, and where to work.  Lately, things have been hard on us and Bryce has been wanting to quit his job, but go back to school.  He really wants to study full time but we didn't really have that option, unless I got a full time job and he found a part time one.  Then, it happened.  The break we've been waiting for.  It started out like this: A couple weeks ago, Bryce and I were driving somewhere, when he felt inspired to ask me how I would feel about moving to St. Louis, to live with his dad.  He said it was just hypothetical but he wanted to know my feelings on it.  I, personally, love his dad and thought the idea was wonderful!  I told him I would gladly move there, if the chance arrived.  Amazingly, not long after that, Bryce received a call from his father, asking if we would like to move in with him and his family, offered to pay for a semester of school for Bryce, and we wouldn't have to pay rent, so long as Bryce went to school!  It was as if  the Heavens were giving us a sign!  After talking it over as a couple, and with his father, it was decided that since school starts in May, we would move on the 25th of April (this month).  So now, we shall soon be leaving Utah (which I thought I would not be able to say for years to come) and moving to Missouri!  I could not be more excited or grateful!  I welcome new adventures and a new home with open arms, though I will sorely miss the family I have here, and the wonderful friends I have grown so close to!  Thankfully, I will not be very far from my mom and my younger siblings once we settle in, and may be able to make it to my youngest sister's high school graduation! Anyway, there it is!  Check back for more, as I will be trying to post much more as time goes on!!
